Responsibilities
- 01 Own CI/CD pipelines, environments, and deployment standards
- 02 Set up Infrastructure as Code and keep environments consistent
- 03 Set the monitoring baseline: metrics, dashboards, alerts, tracing
- 04 Raise the security bar: secrets, least privilege, audit trails
- 05 Write runbooks and incident workflows, plus postmortems
Requirements
- 01 Hands-on with CI/CD and automated deployments
- 02 Strong grasp of monitoring, alerting, and reliability tradeoffs
- 03 Comfortable with Linux, networking basics, and secrets management
- 04 Able to document operational standards and mentor teams
Nice to have
- 01 Container orchestration (Kubernetes) or a managed equivalent
- 02 FinOps and cost optimization experience
- 03 Zero-downtime migrations or high availability patterns
