Terms governing the use of Namla services, products, websites, and related digital resources.
1) Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using Namla websites, products, services, and related digital properties (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2) Scope of services
Namla provides technology products and services, including software delivery, operations support, integrations, and resource content.
Service-specific obligations, timelines, and commercial terms may be defined in separate proposals, statements of work, or contracts.
3) Customer responsibilities
You agree to:
- provide accurate information needed to deliver the Services,
- use the Services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations,
- maintain the confidentiality of credentials under your control,
- notify Namla promptly of suspected unauthorized access or misuse.
4) Acceptable use
You may not use the Services to:
- violate laws, regulations, or third-party rights,
- attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts,
- distribute malware, disrupt operations, or perform abuse/security attacks,
- process unlawful content or prohibited categories of data.
Namla may suspend access where necessary to protect security, legal compliance, or service integrity.
5) Privacy and data commitments
Namla is a privacy-first firm. Our baseline commitments are:
- we never sell personal data,
- we use data only for defined and legitimate service purposes,
- we apply least-privilege access and security-by-design controls,
- we prioritize local hosting in Saudi Arabia for relevant workloads and data.

6) Security and regulatory alignment
Namla maintains technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
Our control approach is aligned with applicable Saudi regulatory expectations and guidance, including frameworks and practices relevant to:
- Communications, Space and Technology Commission (CST),
- National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA),
- Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA).
Regulatory obligations may vary depending on service type, sector, and customer profile.
7) Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Namla retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, methods, tools, and frameworks,
- customers retain ownership of their own data and pre-existing materials,
- deliverable ownership and license terms are governed by the applicable commercial agreement.
8) Third-party services
Some integrations or components may involve third-party providers. Their own terms may apply to those components.
Namla is not responsible for the independent policies or practices of third-party platforms outside our control.
9) Service changes and availability
Namla may update, improve, or modify service components to maintain security, compliance, and reliability.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation unless explicitly committed in a signed SLA.
10) Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Namla is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Any direct liability is subject to the limitations and caps defined in the governing contract between Namla and the customer.
11) Suspension and termination
Namla may suspend or terminate access for material breaches, security risks, legal requirements, or misuse.
Upon termination, treatment of customer data will follow contractual terms, legal obligations, and documented retention/deletion policies.
12) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, unless superseded by a signed agreement.

Namla may update these Terms periodically. The latest version and effective date will be published on this page.
