RTHM

A two-sided marketplace: players book gyms, studios, and courts in seconds, and facilities get the management layer that makes those bookings real.

Marketplace Bookings Payments

The problem

Booking a court or a class in Saudi Arabia meant a phone call, a WhatsApp thread, or turning up and hoping. Facilities ran schedules on paper and spreadsheets, so no-shows were absorbed rather than prevented, and there was no single place to find what was available nearby.

What we built

A marketplace with both sides built properly, not a directory with a contact button.

  • Discovery by sport and location: gym, CrossFit, yoga, padel, tennis, football, swimming, martial arts
  • Booking and payment in one flow, in seconds
  • Activity tracking, daily streaks, challenges, and leaderboards
  • A facility side: class and subscription management, payment processing, automatic reminders to cut no-shows
  • Facility schedules synchronized directly with the marketplace

How we built it

A marketplace only works when both sides do. We built the operator tools alongside the consumer app, because a listing nobody maintains is worse than no listing. Availability is owned by the facility and read by the marketplace, so what a player sees is what the facility actually has.

Why it’s built this way

Bookings are money, so payments and reminders are core paths, not features bolted on later. The engagement layer, streaks and challenges and leaderboards, exists because retention in fitness is the hard part; getting someone to book once is comparatively easy.

How it runs

Multi-sport and multi-city by design, with facilities onboarding into the same management tools rather than a bespoke setup each time.
